Each residence has its own private terrace, which provides an informal place to kick back, relax and enjoy the glorious sunshine of South-Western France.

Furnished and equipped to a high standard, amenities available within the accommodation include a microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, gas BBQ, all bedding and linen, towels, hairdryer, games, TV with English channels. For longer stays, both bed linen and towels are changed out on a weekly basis and laundered free of charge.

This charming residence is set up to cater exclusively for a couples or single friends, with ground floor and first floor bedrooms. Our 'no children' policy ensures a relaxing holiday for guests seeking peace and tranqulity, and keeps the noise level down to the popping of corks and the odd gentle splash in the pool.

The accommodation is spacious, offering a very large living area, a stunning new bathroom, two very comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms (one of which can be configured with either twin or a king-size bed), with direct access to rear garden, large kitchen/dining area.

Pool

The large 13m x 6m shared pool overlooks St Cernin de Labarde. Guests can enjoy more comfort pool-side catching some rays on a sunbed, reading, or sipping some local wine while planning sight-seeing for the next day!
